"Every year at AMA just keeps getting better. At this camp I not only get a special touch from the Lord but I also find a new love for God and I grow deeper in Him. I always feel refreshed and renewed when I get back home - not just spiritually but also physically. I find a rest in my soul at AMA thats hard to find. I'm looking forward to AMA this year. There is revival in the state of New Mexico!" - Camper, age 20
"AMA was awesome! The fellowship was great and so was the food! I'm looking forward to it again this year!" - Camper, age 14
"I loved the preaching and the worship at AMA. Also a great group of young people that we all got to meet. I definitely liked the fact that we didn't have cell phones and mp3 players to keep us occupied so we could communicate and get to know the other young people around us. Looking forward to a great time at AMA this year." - Camper, age 23
"Those were the best days of my life!" - Camper, age 16
"This camp is NOT only fun (I can't wait to do archery this year! Last year I was soooooo SICK from a tooth I had to miss out on this part) but also has a very strong emphasis on prayer and drawing closer to God. Now, I'm NOT gonna lie, this camp is a lot smaller than other conferences, but I actually liked it like that! It was like cozy AND by the end of the week last year, all of us campers were pretty much BEST FRIENDS FOREVER!!!"
- Mary, age 26, camper
"We knew that "A Mountain Apart" was the will of God for our local churches. We had fasted and prayed for the camp, seeking a move of the Holy Ghost. In the rush and complexity of planning and preparing for the first year, there was some unspoken doubt and anxiety about how things would go. But in that first service, as the songleader began to sing the old hymn "This is My Story", the presence of the Lord immediately began to move in a special way. I just lifted my hands and said, "Thank you, Jesus!". It only got better from there. In every morning prayer meeting, at every meal, in every service the Lord was evidently working to lift up, to empower, to mightily bless His people."
